A Month Of 'Loading'.

Today marks one month of 'Loading...' existing. I had no delusions of reaching for the stars, but somehow tripped and landed on the moon!!

After the two-year long uphill battle of worrying about "doing it right", I honestly just had to get it out of my system. I was content with boxes of CD's gathering dust in my room.

Instead they SOLD OUT... what?! Like, for real!?

And as 2025 started to close in, with the prospect of a band increasingly and tortuously futile, I was toying with resorting to a low-key acoustic set in a pub corner just to mark getting it out there... which was when divine intervention took hold, and an absolute DREAM of a band miraculously formed. And the one-in one-out launch at the Horse is still the talk of the town and I'm not over it.

And hearing how much it's resonated with people, especially the songs that became part of the furniture for me, has been utterly life-affirming. Some of these have lived in hard drives and my brain since I was basically a kid, so to watch them suddenly mean so much to you people is.. a lot. In the best way.

So thank you to everyone who's listened, shared, streamed, bought it, blown me away with their wonderful thoughts, or stopped me to ask me what their favourite song is about. I genuinely love hearing it all please keep telling me.

Oh and by the way... I'm already halfway through album #2!
